What happens every month
Everything Growth does — and we talk every month, not every quarter. That change in cadence matters. Quarterly we review what happened. Monthly we can see things coming.
We also work through what the business can sustainably pay you. Most owners I meet pay themselves last and least, and cannot say what the business could actually support. That number exists. We find it together and we revisit it as things change.
At year end you receive a package your CPA can work from directly — organized, reconciled, and complete — so their time is spent on your return instead of on your records.

A note on what this is not
I am a bookkeeper and a coach, not your CPA, your attorney, or your investment adviser. I keep your numbers clean and help you understand them. When you need advice that belongs to one of those professions, I will tell you so — and your books will be ready for whoever you take them to.

Before the monthly rhythm starts
Open the Books — $375, one time. We go through your books together and I tell you what they are actually saying. Credited in full toward your first month if you continue.
First 90 Days of Clean Numbers — $750, one time. A proper setup or a fresh start: chart of accounts built correctly, systems connected, first clean close done with you.
Catch-up bookkeeping — $300 per month behind. If things have gotten away from you, this is how we get current. No lecture. It is more common than you think.
