Not everyone needs a monthly package yet. Sometimes there is just one specific thing in the way — books that got away from you, a setup that was never right, or the simple need to know what your numbers are actually saying.

These are things we can do once, on their own. No package. No commitment. If a monthly rhythm makes sense later, we can talk about it then.

Open the Books — $375, one time

What it is. We sit down with your books open and I tell you what they are actually saying. Not a report you have to interpret alone — a conversation with the numbers in front of both of us.

Who it tends to suit. Someone who has been running on a feeling about how the business is doing and would rather know.

What you leave with. A clear read on where you stand, and an honest answer about what (if anything) needs attention.

Credited in full toward your first month if you continue.

Get current

Catch-up bookkeeping — $300 per month behind

What it is. If things have gotten away from you, this is how we get current. You tell me how far back it goes; we work forward from there.

Who it tends to suit. Anyone who has been too busy doing the actual work to do the paperwork — which, in my experience, is most people at some point.

What you leave with. Current books, and no lecture. It is more common than you think.

First 90 Days of Clean Numbers — $750, one time

What it is. A proper setup or a clean restart. Chart of accounts built for the work you actually do, systems connected, and the first clean close done with you rather than handed to you.

Who it tends to suit. A business that is new, or one whose books were set up by someone who did not really know the trade.

What you leave with. Ninety days of numbers you can trust, and a setup that keeps working after I step back.
