Step 1 of 3

Clarity Call

A free, unhurried conversation about where things stand and what's weighing on you.

A free conversation, thirty minutes or so, with no pitch at the end of it.

You tell me what is going on. Maybe the books are behind. Maybe they are fine and you still cannot answer a simple question about the business. Maybe someone told you that you need a bookkeeper and you are not sure whether that is true.

What we actually do

I ask about the shape of your business — how the money comes in, how many places it comes from, what you are already using, what you have been doing yourself. You ask me anything you want.

By the end of it you will know what needs attention, roughly what it would take, and whether working together makes sense at all. Sometimes the honest answer is that it does not, or not yet, and I will tell you that.

Who tends to book one

People who have been meaning to sort this out for a while. People at the end of a tax season they do not want to repeat. People whose business grew faster than their paperwork did.

You do not need to have anything ready. You do not need to have your books in order first — that is a little like tidying before the cleaner arrives.

What happens afterwards

Nothing, unless you want it to. If there is a piece of one-time work that would help, I will say which one. If a monthly package fits, I will say which one and why. If you want to think about it, that is the end of it and there is no follow-up sequence waiting for you.

What happens next

Clean-up & setup

We get the books current and set up so they stay that way.
